Greene King appointed Blackdog for a full refurbishment of this tired pre-existing Hungry Horse site. Blackdog incorporated the brand template to the site, installing new finishes throughout the pub. As with other projects, different zones were created. Panelled detailing in the extended sports area provides enhanced viewing on the large screens, and a bespoke outdoor sports screening area, with a large football-shaped shelter ensures this is the place to meet and watch the important matches. For non-sports lovers the sheltered, heated drinking and dining area is decorated with festoon lighting and provides yet another draw to this popular pub.
