The Stoke

Situated close to the university, this Grade 2 Listed pub has always been popular with students and locals alike. A new garden terrace has been created from part of the old carpark, decorated with festoon lighting, faux planting and a new resin floor. Inside we removed an old existing pizza oven and created a new bar with the brands integral beer barrel adding central interest. We retained the sports area at the back of the pub with two shuffle boards, pool table and darts, adding comfortable seating for patrons to enjoy sports viewing and quirky artwork to transform the area.
