Boneyard & Pump
Fast Casual Restaurant & Street Food Market
Situated within a former petrol station in the heart of Hipster Shoreditch, Boneyard and Pump are an ethical fast casual fried chicken restaurant and artisan street food market. Created by Kristian and the client’s in-house team, Boneyard defines a new type of venue for Shoreditch’s eclectic food scene within an industrial US-inspired interior. No aspect is left of the original petrol station and the space feels effortless. Entering through a heavy black door adorned with a reclaimed brass porthole window customer can be found inside feasting on buttermilk fried chicken, American smoked ribs, tater tots and burgers, or in the covered timber yard, complete with cacti.
Adjoining Boneyard, Pump is formed by a series of dedicated food cabins and pop‐up spaces occupied by some of London’s leading street food operators. The space was curated through additional happenings and performances, which saw DJs, street performers, performance poets, artists and other creatives bring energy to the space.
