Closed for several years and under severe threat of being lost to redevelopment, Kristian worked with the landlord and tenant to purchase and completely refurbish this well‐known historic 16th Century listed Hertfordshire country pub. The interior and furniture ephemera were sourced via eBay and has seen the interior transformed from dark and cluttered, to light and airy spaces and expand its offer with the creation of a feature Horse Box Prosecco & Rum bar and Argentinian Asado grill kitchen within a reinvented garden.
