Bear & Ragged Staff

One of the liveliest pubs in the group, this site was standing room only on a Friday and Saturday night, the brief was to retain the large dance area at the back and incorporate a high seating area for the DJ. The pub was reimagined introducing ultraviolet lights behind the bar, beer pong tables and curated graffiti walls. In a nod to former local resident the renowned Arts and Crafts visionary William Morris, wallpaper featuring his artwork is used throughout the pub. With a designated cocktail sharing area, and a sports area that is also popular with regulars. A large pergola covered seating area enhances the already desirable outside seating area with festoon lighting and TV screens.
